We’re happy to announce that we will be attending this year’s IEEE International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility, Signal and Power Integrity. You’ll be able to find us at convention booth 302, so stop by and say hello!
This is EMC + SIPI’s second year as an in-person event since 2020, and it’s great to be back in person to be part of this great event. Starting Monday, July 31 until Friday, August 4, we’ll be in Grand Rapids, Michigan ready to meet everyone at our booth.
This year’s Symposium will feature technical sessions, interactive workshops and tutorials, standard sessions, experiments and demonstrations, a dynamic technical exhibition area, and more. We hope to see you there!
What is EMC + SIPI?
EMC + SIPI is an annual symposium that has been organized by the IEEE Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Society every year since 1959. IEEE stands for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, which is the world’s largest technical professional association. This association is “dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity.” Through publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and education activities, IEEE and its members make up a global network of professionals working to improve technology.
In the years since 1959, EMC + SIPI has grown to have attendance between 1,500 to 2,000 engineers, technicians, and exhibitors. These attendees represent industry professionals, academia, and government organizations.
The Symposium also includes an exhibition featuring around 100 companies that showcase the latest in EMC, HEMP, SIPI, Automotive, and Wireless products along with services related to these products.
The exhibition runs for about 2.5 days of the Symposium week, and many booths feature instrumentation and hands-on hardware and software demonstrations.
The Symposium’s technical program will also include “Standards Week”, which has been added to help engineers learn about future changes and updates to EMC standards published by IEEE, IEC, CISPR, ISO, and other global Standards organizations.
